3. Ordering & Payment

  • Prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, adjust pricing, or correct errors.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is available between 9 am–6 pm, Monday–Saturday.
  • Delivery fees depend on location; additional charges apply for remote/regional deliveries.
  • We’ll notify you of estimated delivery times.
  • In case of non-delivery due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather), we’ll contact you to offer rescheduling, a refund, or substitution.

5. Substitutions

To ensure timely delivery, we may substitute flowers or packaging with items of equal or greater value. Any substitution will maintain the intended aesthetic.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date receive a full refund or credit.
  2. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
  3. For incorrect or damaged orders, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assessment.
